SSC GD Constable Revised Vacancy 2025: A change to the SSC GD Constable Recruitment 2025 vacancy data has been issued by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC), which has increased the total number of posts from 39,481 to 53,690. These positions are spread across the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB), Assam Rifles, Secretariat Security Force (SSF), and other Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs).

Thousands of new opportunities are available for prospective applicants in the Border Security Force (BSF), Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), and Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), which have received a significant portion of the updated openings. There are 5,370 positions for women and 48,320 positions for men in the updated job openings, which are divided by gender.

Candidates must be Indian citizens, be between the ages of 18 and 23, and have completed at least their tenth grade from an accredited board in order to be eligible to apply. A computer-based test (CBT) including general knowledge, mathematics, Hindi/English, and reasoning is one step in the selection process. Physical Efficiency and Physical Standard Tests (PET/PST) are the next steps, which measure fitness levels.

Prior to final selection, candidates will also go through a medical check and document verification. Results from the CBT are anticipated in April 2025. It was administered from February 4 to February 25, 2025.
